A chargeback IPN request should be handled the same as a refund in that a row gets added to the contribution table, addon purchase table gets updated etc. But there should be a couple of differences. Namely: - the email should spell out this is triggered by an issue with the payment from paypal, not a developer refund - the purchase should be marked differently on the purchases page.
