Who said we should be filing bugs for Plain Text editor *except* the mail compose plain text editor?

Beth, told me/Shrirang to start pounding on plaintext editor..I assumed that meant filing bugs also...
Dup of bug 62872?
Jesse: Not exactly, since the Plain Text editor in this bug refers to the the debug-only separate window we have for testing plain text. Obviously there is a very close relationship between this and the context menu needed for Plain Text Messenger Composer (they should share an overlay for editor items), but there may be additional mail-only items. Thanks for pointing out the linage. Changing milestone to 0.9.1 so we can provide the necessary overlay to help fix 62872.

I'm not sure whether this is still valid, but anyway, this is a report of UI issue of Composer.
