Steps to reproduce:
I needed the tech people to restore the previous version of Firefox.
Actual results:
The old version doesn't have issues with Windows 7.

I'm sorry but this bug report doesn't contain enough technical information.
There is nothing that we could do without this information and "internet access to crash" is horrible unspecific.
