Changing Themes twice leads to crash

**** observed with 2001-02-20 build ****
Steps to repro:
- go to View| Themes Preferences...;
- select Classic, click Apply classic; click OK;
- now go back and change it back to Modern, after clicking OK nscp6 will crash
( or you may try it with Applying Modern twice, the result will be the same
