After a particular sequence, the Preferences dialog does not close unless you
use the Cancel button.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open preferences dialog from the edit menu in the browser.
- expand Navigator tree
- click 'clear history' then 'clear location'.
- expand Advanced tree
- push 'clear memory cache,' then push 'clear disk cache.'
- push Ok.  If reproducible, dialog window won't close, you'll have to push Cancel.

Actual Results:  Ok button leaves preferences dialog on screen.

Expected Results:  Ok button should close and save a dialog

I've been seeing this for months.
