Since for mozilla navigator.appVersion.substring(0,1) is 5, all that gets
written is "</frameset>"

and the <noframes> content is not rendered because Mozilla _does_ support
frames.  Over to evangelism to get this page's author to fix it...

I should clarify. I see no freeze here.  I do see a blank page....

Reporter, did mozilla actually freeze (can't use menus, and so on)?  Or just not
load this page?
