This would be a resource for web developers to find other like-minded people in their area. These need not be Mozilla-specific, unlike Mozilla Near You (http://www.mozilla.org/contribute/local/) or Where is Mozilla (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/events). This is purely a public service for web developers. Likely fields to include: * Group name * Geographic area * Usual meeting info (optional) * Website * Contact email (not displayed, for use by Mozilla)

I think this will make a great addition to our Community section as a new Developer Groups page. (we'll need a better name than that) I propose we create a new page to allow people to add their group and then provide an interface to add events under their group (which we can use to create a similar map to Where's Mozilla? on the Developer Groups page. Setting 1.7 milestone to get something light weight up so we can test it out with groups we know about... and then with feedback, we can add to it in future sprints.
