I don't think it applies.  We'd disable the page...?

The page will remain for privileged users with local accounts.  We should adjust it to point to whatever browserid's recovery page is if they try to use a browserid account though.

I think the easiest fix for this now would be if the person clicks the "admin/editor" to unhide the sidebar we aren't showing on the apps page that displays the reset link.

No need to change it, the browserid popup can handle the browserid resets.
