Two description in the preference menu "Advanced -> Images" will disappear when
different preference menu items are clicked (with certain combinations).


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Goto the preference menu.
2) Choose "Appearance -> Colors"
3) then choose "Advanced -> Images",
4) then choose any other preference pages,
5) then choose again "Advanced -> Images".
6) The radio-button description "Accept all images" and check-box description
"Accept images that come from the originating server only" will disappear...
I've duplicated this on Windows 95 using Blue, Classic, Modern or 3rd-party skins.

I tried under Linux, I get the same results (descriptions disappear) - using
modern, stable Mozilla 0.8 build from cvs
marking all/all, since i see this using 2001.02.19.08 mozilla bits on linux and
mac [unfortunately, cannot test this with recent builds due to bug 69667].

this is a rather nifty bug. blake/ben/jrgm, d'you know if there's a toolkit bug
that describes this already?

another way to repro this --from bug 69739:

1. open Prefs dialog, select Colors category.
2. select Navigator category. scroll down the Toolbars listbox [just to confirm
that all checkbox items have descriptions].
3. click another category.
4. go back to Navigator.

result: scroll down the Toolbars listbox, and notice that the last checkbox has
no description.
