Armen,

This won't work. But before we start working on fixing that plugin, let's investigate what does all that search parameters actually mean. Did you get to get response from your friend?

Also, CCing Kev.

I asked him again as he just sent me a new one without any explanation.

This is what he replied:

Hi Armen,
actually the old script with A9 works,
simply I used following parameters "_W0" to enable advance search option and "QQsaatcZ" with 13 parameter available to Armenia (13)
so pointing to http://search.ebay.com/Nikon Old_W0QQsaatcZ13 will show only old Nikons available to Armenia!

I will try to rewrite it.

Hey folks, we won't take custom versions of the eBay plugin in Firefox, and I'd like to understand the value of limiting searches to items available in Armenia. I admit I may be ignorant of import law in Armenia, but all eBay plugins show multiple countries because people don't necessarily limit their searches to their home country.

I am happy to work with eBay and Andranik to get something put together, but without an understanding of the rationale behind the changes (e.g. outlining the new plugin tries to accomplish), it's hard.

More info needed, please.

No reason to keep this open if no one really pushes it and cares for it.
