Details
steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/app-337450/versions/
2. Click on 'Disable' add-on and confirm changes.
3. View the public listing page for this webapp: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/test-webapp-2/
expected behavior:
webapp is disabled and the add-on listing is not available.
actual behavior:
webapp status at /versions page changes to "Disabled" but the view listing page is still available.
