User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1
Build ID: 20110928134238

Steps to reproduce:

Have in mind that this is happening in Firefox 10 UX version.
First, I've removed the "+" button for "New tab". (I've seen that this problem does not occur if the button is present.)
Then, I've opened more tabs than the screen fits, until it starts to resize the tabs.
And at last, I've selected the last tab opened (the default action when you open tabs).

Actual results:

The arrow for scrolling tabs keeps appearing and disappearing, causing all the tabs to shake from one side to another to fit in the available space.

Expected results:

At first, when there are not many tabs opened, they should just be resized, becoming a bit smaller and still fitting on the screen.
After more tabs are opened and the smaller size of the tabs is reached, the arrow for scrolling should appear on the screen and the tabs should not shake.
Severity: normal → S3
