"customize my sidebar" dialog doesn't respond to OK after edits

Details

after selecting "customize my sidebar" from the Tabs popup in the sidebar, add a
tab to the empty list on the right.  then, clicking OK hilites the button but
doesn't close the dialog.  only clicking Cancel will close the dialog.

Is this the same bug as the preferences not responding to OK after 

modifying certain functions?
