When you try to create an account on dev, it currently fails with the CSRF verfication failed error.

I tried with the following data:
username: Another Test 5
email: [e-mail]

The tests that caused this error are no longer used on Affiliates. We've never been able to reproduce this error manually, and the authentication has started shifting over the BrowserID anyway. 

Marking this as WONTFIX since this issue has been dropped.
