For the record, Mihnea and Mark are currently working on this according to the spec at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/SUTAgentImplementation. The implementation uses NSPR for platform independence.

Update: Except for the heartbeat test (not implemented yet), all tests pass. Also the agent now supports logging via NSPR. https://github.com/mihneadb/Negatus/tags
