Steps to reproduce:
Tools > Import > Import Everything > Next
Actual results:
A blank page with no check box to select an application.
"Import preferences, Account Settings, Address Book, Filters, and other data from:"
Expected results:
Seems I don't have a compatible application, so should appear a warning saying this.

This isn't the address book import wizard, this is import everything which is a different code route.
Component: Address Book → Migration
