Steps to reproduce:

There's a bug in Earlybird 9.0a2 for Windows operating system — For Windows XP Professional SP3 at least.

To understand it easier, please let me show all of you an example using Aurora. Both Aurora and Earlybird screenshots belongs to the Español (Argentina) locale versions.

I go to the Start Menu of my Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3, access the Aurora's context menu (right click of the mouse) and select “Opciones de Aurora” [see pic1: http://i54.tinypic.com/xen7mu.jpg ]. The Aurora's options menu opens up only [see pic2: http://i54.tinypic.com/2wcgthz.jpg ], not the browser's main window. This is a correct behavior, I think. There's nothing more to tell here about.

Now it's time for Earlybird.


Actual results:

I go to the Windows XP's Start Menu again, access the Earlybird's context menu —which says "Mozilla Thunderbird", by the way— and select “Opciones de Earlybird” [see pic3: http://i54.tinypic.com/ixw0uo.jpg ]. The whole email client runs (Earlybird's main window + options window) but there's a problem with the window of options — The sectors of the Options' window won't show up. This is what you get [see pic4: http://i56.tinypic.com/2ppdnwz.jpg ] instead of a regular Options' window [see pic5: http://i53.tinypic.com/f1gnch.jpg ].

Maybe this ain't that huge bug after all, but you can't deny it is by all means.


Expected results:

The sectors of the Option's window should be shown up.
