Details
we may want to have a capacity by which the history data can be regotten from a user browser. For example, the back end may delete all user records and request browser to resend it all. And the browser may ask back end to delete records and foll;ow with a new history dump.
This mechanism should be in place to mitigate data-loss risk.

Need a flag in the server-side to specify whether the addon should re-upload all of its data
