one of the things zconf export gives us is the last two login timestamps for each user. strip these, because otherwise we have a change every 5 minutes (apionly user), for every config backup, which causes massive explosion (and uselessness) in git history.
now replacing last-login timestamps with 1234567890 in config backups to git repo on adm1, puppet-weave svn r22810
