Details

entries for pseudo-modules in manifest should have `uri` property matching the key in the module cache map.
https://github.com/Gozala/addon-sdk/pull/1 has a proposed patch, intended to be merged into your e10s/test-runner branch, so when that gets merged and landed, this can be closed.
