I would like to see the plus marker near the "Roll over the markers below" text pop up with a tip like "Not this one! Those other ones down below!"
+1!
This would be nice but it's not a priority. If anyone wants to have fun with it, you're welcome to. I can help.

Where is the source code for the webpage located? Is it checked in somewhere under /mozilla-central? Thanks.
Anyone who can help?
@charles The files for this page are in SVN, have you checked anything out from our repo before? That said, we are currently in a site freeze, moving this page and dozen of others onto a new python/django platform which uses Jinja templating v. the currently PHP. This page is already getting a slight design update during this transition and will be completely redesigned in Q2 (April - June 2012). Are you looking to update this page? If so, it won't be available for 2 weeks and then will be available on the new platform. As far as changes that will be accepted, since we're in the midst of a redesign, I'm not sure that it makes sense given that this is already set to undergo a tip-to-tail content and layout overhaul. Please email me at cbrodigan@mozilla.com with any questions, I'd love to help if possible.
(In reply to mcbmoz from comment #5) Thanks for the update! > @charles The files for this page are in SVN, have you checked anything out > from our repo before? I have not checkout from SVN before. Sounds exciting. Anyways, since this ticket appears (or will become) stale soon. I will work on some other tickets instead. Cheers.
@charles Thanks for your contributions to Mozilla! If you're interesting in helping out with the website, I'd love to talk more in April 2012. Moving to future, but hope to resolve as a dup in Q2 when this page is redesigned.

I am ready to work on this bug. I am new to mozilla development. I would like to take this as the first menotored bug.

Vivek: Sorry I missed you on IRC in the last few days. You can follow the instructions on http://bedrock.readthedocs.org/en/latest/install.html to start.
Please find the screenshots with fix attached to this bug. The text in the newly added tip box is a one-liner. So, the box looks very big. Any suggestions for what to do? The options that I can think of are: 1. Resize the box (this way, we need to code a special case to handle this new tip) 2. Add some more relevant text in the tip to make it span two lines (similar to other tips.. this way.. we just need to put that extra text in) 3. Leave it as it is.. It's just fine :P
Just a side comment from someone who totally isn't a copywriter: I think the ":P" loses the sense of fun and whimsy that I was hoping for when I first reported the bug. Even my original suggestion seems a little harsh now. What about expanding the text to say something more like: "Oops, we didn't mean this marker, we meant the ones below. That's where all the interesting info is. This one is really just here as a placeholder, hangin' out, doin' nothin'…" (Hopefully Matej will take this text and come up with something better, though. Maybe something with "Nothing to see here, move along, move along", or "No tips for you!" ;) Thanks, Blake.
How about this: No, not this one. This one's just here to tell you to click on the other ones, which you should do, instead of clicking on this one, which is also fine, but doesn't actually give you any info about Firefox. While we're on this page, can we also fix a couple of other things? 1) The F in "Customize your Firefox" needs to be capitalized in the lower half of the page. 2) The text box doesn't line up properly with the marker arrow on Bookmark button: http://cl.ly/image/0O2g3b3p2f1f

Doing the suggested things right-away :)
One more thing, if possible: Can we make all the headlines in the popups follow the same capitalization scheme? The ones that need changing are as follows (App Tabs and Awesome Bar stay capitalized because they're our names for those features): Tabs on top Switch to tab New tab
Thanks for the additional suggestions Matej. I am implementing all the suggested changes now.

The copy should reflect this. That's an excellent point. I really should have caught that. Thanks. No, not this one. This one's just here to tell you to roll over the other ones, which you should do, instead of rolling over this one, which is also fine, but doesn't actually give you any info about Firefox.
