697585 - importxml.pl does not handle multiple bugs

Steps to reproduce:

I created a simple xml file that adheres to the bugzilla dtd and had 2 bugs in it. 


Actual results:

When i tried to import the xml using the importxml.pl script it always just imports only the first bug. 


Expected results:

It should have imported both the bugs. Apparently the same xml works on an older bugzilla version i.e. 4.0.0 however it does not work with bugzilla 4.0.1.

Your XML file is invalid. You must have a single <bugzilla></bugzilla> with all bugs in it.
