Steps to reproduce:

Case 1:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Browse to any webpage
3. Tap on Menu button > Quit Fennec
4. Switch device orientation from portrait to landscape
5. Try to scroll the popup text

Case 2:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to Preferences
3. Enable and add a Master Password
4. Restart Fennec
5. Browse to bugzilla.mozilla.org
6. Log in with valid credentials
7. Tap on Remember password button
8. When Master Password popup is displayed, switch the device orientation from portrait to landscape

Expected result:
Popup's text should fit to the popup size and shouldn't be scrollable no matter what how many times the device orientation is changed.

Actual result:
The popup's text doesn't fit properly and also it's scrollable. Please see the attached screenshot.
