The page at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/review.html is out of date, and has been replaced by https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Code_Review as the canonical source of Firefox review information. I propose removing the page and adding a redirect.

My bad, the redirect needs to be set on the mozilla.com side of the code.
Fixed with r96930. http://www-dev.allizom.org/projects/firefox/review.html should redirect soon.

Still need to remove the file on the .org side.
