steps to reproduce:
1. tester is not logged in
2. load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/krupa-s-app-1/
3. Click log in button without providing any credentials

observed behavior:
Captcha form doesn't load and overflow-related ugliness ensues. See screenshot.

Greg is working on this stuff right now.  Not sure it's ready for QA, I think the bug is still open.

This has become a mess (the button can be on any page but recaptcha stuff isn't; some pages have multiple recaptcha'd forms which doesn't work, etc), so I'm going to just rip it out and force people to use BrowserID. It's a shame, I was awfully proud of how the modal login stuff worked :)

I'll mark this as WONTFIX and file a new bug, just so it makes more sense.
