Steps to reproduce:

Downloads window (and any popup).

Press J to open it
Click the main open window
J again to bring back Downloads


Actual results:

The Downloads popup window remains invisible behind the main page


Expected results:

The reselected window should come back to the front.

This does not happen in Safari.

OK now with Downloads, but behaviour still occurring with my website:

Click on the calling window
Popup loses focus as expected
Reselect Get In Contact dropmenu>Secure Online payment
Popup Windows does not come to the front

Workaround:
Minimise or resize main window
Drag popup out of the way

Surely if a window is selected, it should come to the front, no matter what?

This is sitll not working.

To reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.derekwilliams.net/services/fee_schedule/#payment
2. Click one of the credit card icons
3. When the popul opens, click on the main window, so the popup loses focus
4. repeat step 2 above - the popup remains hidden behind the main window.

Only workarounds are either to to go to window menu and manually reselect the popup, or to close the main window so the popup can be seen again.

Reselecting any window should always bring it to the front.

Attachment: Same happens in Windows 7 SP1

In the popup from the Task Bar, you can see the windows selectable, but from the drop down Get In Touch menu, reselection doesn't bring the Payment Gateway window to the front.
