User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C) Steps to reproduce: When on internet with firefox I can't click on the top links on all the sites I tried to use. But they work when I'm Internet explorer. I tried updating adobe flash player and scanned my computer for viruses . Nothing helped .
What Firefox version? (copy Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> User Agent) Give an example link URL (in general, give exact steps to reproduce)
the version is 7.0.1 4288
Complete answer for comment 1, please!
here is an link url example http://www.pogdesign.co.uk/cat/ I can't click on add shows to your filter but then I can click on the actual calendar . Another example on facebook I can't access the top icons in the blue stripe ( friends, emails, home, my name to go to my wall and the sign out icon ) but I can access the rest of the page icons and links ... Is this information detailed enough ? Thanks for your time
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1 http://www.pogdesign.co.uk/cat/ "add shows to your filter" works for me > Is this information detailed enough ? No (In reply to j.j. from comment #1) > What Firefox version? (copy Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> User Agent) Also, please try in save mode an with new profile, see http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting
I tried save mode and new profile . I also disinstalled firefox and reinstalled it . nothing works . I'm getting very frustrated... Should I just disinstall completely and lose all my bookmarks ?? Any other way to solve issue ? thanks
I just switched to google chrome and the problem stopped
> I tried save mode and new profile hmm, then it can't be caused by Yahoo or Babylon toolbar? See https://support.mozilla.com/de/forums/contributors/707748
