Had a meeting at 9:30 this morning, and could not get our call to Vidyo working. hlangi came and tried to make it work, but eventually we gave up and moved everyone to a voice-only call. It was a mess. Not sure if something is broken or we just didn't know how to use it--printing out some instructions for the room might help.

Unable to connect to Vidyo with the polycom system. Also unable to place an audio call only to the CYA Vidyo room, only received a busy tone. We were able to place an audio call using Dan's extension. Error Message when trying to connect to the CYA vidyo room: Your call could not be completed because the call was routed through an intermediate network that does not service the far site.
Henry troubleshooted the system and power cycled it. It now seems to be working. Please re-open bug if any issues occur. Closing out bug.
