Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to AMO
2. Submit a new add-on https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit/1
3. Verify step 4 of the Submit a New Add-on process.
Expected Results:
User is advised to provide at least one screenshot for the add-on.
Actual Results:
User is advised to add a screenshot or a video to the add-on, videos can't be uploaded.
