A sizable # of Firefox users are still running 3.6...we need to aggressively push them to upgrade to a more modern version. One way we can do this is to create a new version of the homepage just for them.

The copy should follow the same basic format as http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/, but with messaging around people needing to upgrade to get the most of out of the web, etc. We should also convey that it's quick, easy and free to do so.

This is pretty high priority...trying to get this into the site push next Tuesday. Ping me with questions!
