We'd like to create http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/old/, which will be shown to users of outdated versions of Firefox (presumably 3.6 and below...Laura, please confirm). The format will be the same as http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/, but with updated copy (coming in bug 698779).

Just filing this as a placeholder for now, but we should have new copy soon. Would like to get this into the next site release.

1. Change our landing page redirect logic to point here
