Right now the 2.x version of graphserver is at http://graphs-new.m.o while the old (1.x) version is at http://graphs.m.o

They share the same database. Talos writes come into the 1.x version only.

I propose to:
1) point http://graphs.m.o at 2.x
2) point http://graphs-old.m.o

#1 requires that anything linking to graphserver change. I am totally willing to change the URL format if that's helpful, but I don't think it's useful to support old-style URLs since the new server always shows the average for the platform rather than individual machines.

I'd also like to make Talos write to the new server, but getting the interface over feels more important since it causes a lot of confusion right now.
