Details

It seems that we recently added a link to the particular comment to the bottom of bugzilla emails.

"--> https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=698868#c2"

This means we have two links to the bug. One at the top that links to the bug, and one at the bottom that links to the comment. I can't think of any reason not to change the link at the top to just link to the comment and remove the link at the bottom.

The link at the bottom also has the problem that appears as though it's actually in the Comment instead of a separate section.
