699236 - places errors should include the word "places"

As reported by a user today:

1320268945437   Sync.Service       DEBUG  history failed: database disk image is malformed No traceback available

I was unable to discern whether that was coming from Places or from the user's single server SQLite instance.  :mconnor was able to confirm that it's a Places error message, and suggests that we can change the error to be more helpful.

Could we include "places" in errors that result from "places", to remove the confusion about whether this is a client or a server issue?  I imagine there's other context that would serve as a clue, but I don't know those heuristics and do see a lot of user reports.

Closing this ancient Sync bug that hasn't been triaged in 5-7 years since I filed them - either it's not an issue or it's been silently refused by the teams involved.
