69942 - mulitple draft entries when saving message

If the "Save" function is used in the mail message composition window, always a 
new draft entry is created in the drafts folder, instead of overwriting an 
existing draft entry that was an older version of the same message.
The same happens if the message composition window is closed and the answer 
"Yes" is given in the save warning dialog box.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "New Message" in Mozilla Mail
2. Enter Arbitrary text in body
3. Hit ctrl-s repeatedly

Actual Results:  At each hit of ctrl-s ("Save" fucntion), a draft entry is 
created in the drafts folder, although the message hasn't even changed.

Expected Results:  The old draft entry should be overwritten, if it originated 
from the same message that is currently saved. Comparison possible via 
message-ID.
