Opera mini and mobile just added a new feature that monitors and displays the data usage. I feel this is something that should also be added to Fennec to help users not go over their data caps. Maybe a disclaimer would have to be added to inform users that it is only browser data and not system wide (since pretty much every app uses data).
On a side note, it makes me sad that they also show the amount of data saved by using opera since they use that nifty compression that Fennec doesn't have an answer for.

This would be a nice enhancement to have if Fennec is able to track 3G usage. CC'ing :glandium

Although Android has it's own nifty data-usage chart these days, it would be nice to see a breakdown on a site by site basis to look for culprits of bad behaviour.
The concept of a "site" could be useful here.

This is interesting. Maybe an idea for the backlog.

Let's not block on modeling the concept of a "site".

Mass bug change to replace various 'parity' whiteboard flags with the new canonical keywords. (See bug 1443764 comment 13.)
