Details

Every EV-SSL site I visit displays the plain SSL blue color around the favicon instead of the green.

The following EV-SSL sites are what I tested with
https://addons.mozilla.org
https://www.britishairways.com
https://www.paypal.com
https://www.godaddy.com
All the sites listed in comment #0 WFM, I see the 'green' EV bar.

Using latest hourly m-c build:

I would guess this was fixed by bug 669061. https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=67d1049b0bf9&tochange=tip 

Works for me using a tinderbox build as well. built from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/6cbeabc07c59
