Filing this bug based on this IRC conversation below. Text to include:

Add a maximum of two client match rules. One per locale. One per Version. Snippet will not work if more than two client match rules are added. 

Please include that text on the page where you add a individual snippet. 

lforrest: mkelly: if a snippet has more than two types of client match rules of the same type, it doesn't work, right?

[3:50pm] lforrest: mkelly: then can we add something to the inferace, or in the logic, that errors if someone tries to put more than 1 of the same type?
[3:52pm] mkelly: Sure, file a bug. Off the top of my head I can think of a way but it'll be a bit difficult to do.
[3:56pm] lforrest: then maybe we can just add in copy to remind people

New snippets service doesn't rely much on client match rules anymore, so we don't really need this copy now.
