As seen in the Mar Mods addon (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/marmod/), which adds sub-menu items under the Addons item in the Firefox-menu. Each item corresponds to an addon that provides an options dialog, clicking on it will open that addon's options.

Hey, I think this is a great idea.  I'd review a patch for this if anyone wants to take it.
