Not sure the best way to describe this, but one thing that is really missing relative to Outlook is the ability of the "month" view to cross month boundaries. This can be really important when doing panning around the start/end of a month. Right now you have to swap back and forth between the two months. For example, in 11/11 I see 10/31-11/4 (CWs 44-48). If I want to see the next week I have to switch to 12/12 (11/28-1/1 or CWs 48-52). What would be much more useful would be to see 11/21-12/18 (CWs 47-50). Outlook supports this by allowing the user to select the weeks in the micro-calendar in the upper left. A simpler approach that I think would work well with the Lightning interface would just be the ability to mover forward/backward a calendar week. A left/right arrow could just be placed around the "CWS: 48-52" text. If the user does go across month, then the month description would simply show both - "November - December 2011" or "December 2011 - January 2012".
Already possible, just switch to the so called Multiweek view.
Yeah you can use the multiweek view. You can configure it in the settings to have four weeks in it...
