Steps to reproduce:

I clicked on link marked 'Play Now'. The link is to an audio mp3, typically 20 MB.


Actual results:

Delay of 25 - 35 secs before play began in Firefox 7.01 (Mac)
Delay of 25 - 35 secs before play began in Firefox 4.0.1 (PC)


Expected results:

Almost instant playback (which is what reliably happens with Chrome). Chrome appears to begin streaming immediately instead of waiting until the file is downloaded, which with 20 MB files takes about 30 secs.
