700505 - Please revert bug 699802 and bug 696376 and get 10.6 leak tests working on a twig first

The frequency and the failure mode of leak tests on 10.6 just isn't acceptable: I can't stay awake forever, and sooner or later we'll hit the timeout on the tip of some tree, or worse yet hit it twice in a row, and back someone out over it. Since we were able to run them on only m-c, we must be able to run them only on some twig that could be configured to run only 10.6, and get them actually working before inflicting them on everyone.

and by m-c I mean m-i and m-c. The advantage is not needing to change buildbotcustom and buildbot-config.

Buildbot masters for try and builders are reconfigured, so new builds should not hit the orange.
