70069 - Invariable illegal operation when downloading newsgroup headers as per of the popup.

I can download headers sucessfully if there are less than five hundred and that
popup does not initiate.  However, if it does, downloading any number of headers
causes the following error:

Thanks for reporting a bug.  Can you provide us with additional info?  Such as 
which news server you are using, about how many messages the particular 
newsgroup that crashes on you has, and most importantly, your build ID?  Thanks!
