Using build 2001022105 / win2k

The outer DIV does not have room for the two inner DIVs. IE5 grows the outer
DIV to make room. Mozilla makes the inner DIVs overlap.
I think Mozilla is doing the correct thing, Recommending INVALID.

correcting the wrong DOCTYPE declaration.

I agree with Mats: the outer DIV is width=817, but it contains two DIVs that are 
wider, one width=820 and one width=832. Since the inner DIVs are floated, left 
and right respectively, they have to overlap unless we ignore the width 
specified for the outer DIV (which would be wrong - it is not min-width, it is 
width). Marking INVALID.
