I don't speak lithuanian but a user reports a spelling error here:

I just stared at the Disable add-ons dialog for about a minute, and couldn't spot any spelling mistakes in it. :(

Is there any way to contact that user?

Ok, I found a typo, hope it's the one the user referred to. Fixed it:
