I don't speak lithuanian but a user reports a spelling error here: http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/opinion/2497833
I just stared at the Disable add-ons dialog for about a minute, and couldn't spot any spelling mistakes in it. :( Is there any way to contact that user?

Ok, I found a typo, hope it's the one the user referred to. Fixed it: Central – http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/lt/rev/061bef4c0156 Aurora – http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/lt/rev/942d18f81bed Beta – http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/lt/rev/0485c0b4fe4b I'll try to update my signoffs, we'll have it fixed in Firefox 9.
