We forgot to install buildbot-0.8.4-pre-moz2 on talos-r3-w7-ref (see bug680445#c3).

We should take a snapshot after that.

I was able to do this on talos-r3-w7-019 (which was cloned in bug 693184):
* open cmd as Administrator
* cd C:\Users\cltbld
* wget -O buildbot-0.8.4.bat https://bug637347.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=557345
* buildbot-0.8.4.bat
* C:\mozilla-build\buildbotve\scripts\buildbot --version
* shutdown -f -r -t 0
There's a runslave.py update too I think, based on what I found on bug 686505.

The script deploys the latest runslave.py unto the slave.
