It would be great if the currently 404 / unused group index page: https://mozillians.org/en-US/group/ showed a tag cloud of the top n (100?) groups, sorted alphabetically, with font-size proportionate to log(occurrences(group)), e.g. the way Flickr does top tags: http://www.flickr.com/photos/tags This would help significantly with user discovery of groups, re-use of existing groups, etc.

We've added a list of curated groups to the homepage and search 404 (do a search for "aeorgijae;rogjaeo;rigjae;roigjaer").

Ah, to explain...Curated Groups are groups with a Mozilla Steward attached to them.
Reopening for more discussion and possible inclusion into the new UX overhaul that is occuring on mozillians-dev.allizom.org. Tantek was suggesting /group/ show a cloud of groups. It currently only shows a default 404 page.
