Right now the machine is not pingable. It seems to got moved to scl1 on bug 642305 (Sept. 8th). It also had wrong keys in bug 684349 (Sept 2nd). Last time it got re-imaged was in bug 654539 (July 26th). Thanks!
It wasn't moved - it's still in mtv1. That bug's still open. Its management interface is not responding either, so it may need a physical visit, which I can take care of tomorrow.

The machine was unplugged. I plugged it back in and reimaged it. I also set it so that it will boot off the disk first (it was set to network, which meant that it was always booting to deploy studio. Over to release for customization.
