The UI has been changed with Firefox 6. It became darker.

We also have to add the tablet screenshots. Some are available in Bug 697628 and Bug 700523.

Assigning this to our PM that helps with Mobile, Jacklyn. 

@Jacklyn - please take a look and let us know if you'd like to proceed with these changes. I'm not sure when the next batch of UI changes is happening w/the product, or how urgent changing these screenshots are.

I already have some screenshots handy that I updated the Android Market with - we can use those.  I will attach phone screenshots (tablet screenshots can be found in the bugs that Kohei mentioned) 

We'll have to do another screenshot update for phones sometime in Q1.

I would suggest we try to reduce the number of Android system icons in the top bar for these screenshots. They are sometimes carrier or manufacturer specific and tend to make the Firefox screenshots look needlessly cluttered.

It would probably best to use a Google Nexus phone (the Nexus S or Galaxy Nexus) with stock Android so we aren't showing manufacturer (HTC, Motorola, Samsung, etc.) specific skins in the screenshots.

Steven, do you think you'll be able to still get this into 4.8 next Tuesday? If not, can you move to 4.9?

That's a good point. Jacklyn - what say you? 

Assigning this to Steven now but JFu, please let us know what you think. Also - will any other changes be needed for the Fx10 release? If so, we should wait until then and touch this once. Please advise.

Good idea - I'll re-do the screenshots using a Google Nexus phone 

Currently, not other changes for Firefox 10 are in the pipeline. I would prefer to wait until then to touch this bug again.

Jaclyn, I'm not sure if you mean you'd like us to implement the current round of screenshots now, or wait until you provide new shots? Can you clarify? Thanks.
