User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0 Build ID: 20111104165243 Steps to reproduce: I installed Thunderbird 8. Actual results: The Left and Right folders view buttons are not displayed. Expected results: No changes in these buttons.
That's an intentional change made by the developers in bug 667245. An extension is available to make that feature accessible again.
